Analyticx provides portfolio performance operations support to SBA's Office of Investment and Innovation, which administers the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program and the SBIR and STTR programs known as America's Seed Fund.
Our work covers program and project management and consolidated operational reporting across the Investment and Innovation divisions; financial analysis and portfolio performance reporting, including budget tracking, interagency agreement support, and grants management; data infrastructure, dashboards, data governance, and the analytical products behind OII's statutory reporting to Congress; due diligence and program integrity risk analysis, including research supporting Foreign Ownership, Control, and Influence screening; and stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and event coordination across the SBIR/STTR community and the eleven participating federal agencies.

Office of Entrepreneurial Development
Through a succession of awards beginning in 2018, Analyticx delivered and supported digital learning platforms, online training content and resources, and technology solutions for SBA's entrepreneurial development programs. Our work included learning platform delivery and operations and the development and maintenance of online learning tools and content for entrepreneurs and small businesses nationwide.
Separately, Analyticx supported SBA's transition from legacy systems to the Nexus platform, providing data migration, reporting, and technical support for the agency's CRM and program data environment.

Analyticx provides critical business functions support across CFSAN's program offices. The center regulates the safety of the nation's food supply, dietary supplements, infant formula, and cosmetics, with oversight of more than 377,000 registered food facilities in the United States and abroad. Our work covers executive and administrative support to center leadership, management analysis, ethics program support, and organizational documentation.
Analyticx personnel conduct research and analytical studies and prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for leadership; develop and edit correspondence, memoranda, and supervisory communications; manage scheduling, meeting coordination, document tracking, and content posted to the center's intranet and public website; support the ethics program, including tracking and review of confidential financial disclosure and outside activity filings in coordination with FDA's Office of Ethics and Integrity; and research, draft, and standardize position descriptions consistent with Title 5 and Title 21 requirements in support of organizational planning.

Analyticx supports GSA's Public Experience portfolio, which manages the federal government's principal public-facing digital properties — USA.gov, vote.gov, Search.gov, the USAGov Benefit Finder, and the PX Contact Center. Together these products serve more than 100 million users a year and carry urgent federal information to the public during national emergencies.
Our work spans web quality assurance and Section 508 accessibility compliance, content design and strategy, user experience research, data analysis and performance reporting, outreach and public engagement, contact center quality assurance, and project and program management. Analyticx personnel test and remediate accessibility against WCAG standards using assistive technology, develop and publish content in a Drupal-based content management environment, conduct usability testing and customer journey mapping, and report on product performance using Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
